From a cluttered corner to a full workout
Before: plates to load and store, a bar to rack, and a spotter you don't have.
The fix: an endless rope with a magnetic brake that pushes back exactly as hard as you pull. Stop pulling and it stops.
After: strength and conditioning in one quiet machine, in one corner of the room.

Key features
- Dynamic Magnetic Brake. Smooth resistance with nothing to load or unload.
- Pulls in both directions. The brake works whichever way the rope moves.
- Soft, grippy rope designed to be easy on the hands and long-lasting.
- Built-in display tracks distance, time, speed and calories.
- Quick-release seat for seated or standing training.
What it trains
Hand-over-hand pulling works your back, shoulders, arms and grip. Standing pulls bring in your core and legs. Seated pulls let you focus on the upper body, or train from a wheelchair.
