Delivery
The Stairway GTL ships free by freight truck to your driveway, with a liftgate. At 300 lb, plan the path to its room before it arrives; call us if you'd like white-glove delivery quoted. We'll send you the tracking and delivery details once it ships. Inspect the pallet when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call us within 48 hours.
