Delivery
The JLX ships free by freight truck to your driveway, with a liftgate. At 344 lb, plan the path to its room before it arrives; call us if you'd like white-glove delivery quoted. We'll send you the tracking and delivery details once it ships. Inspect the pallet when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call us within 48 hours.
Frequently asked questions
How much ceiling height do I need?
Jacobs Ladder recommends 8.5 feet for the JLX. If your ceiling is lower, look at the JL or JL2 (7.5 ft), or call us and we'll help you check.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call us at 984-789-5514 within 48 hours.
