Delivery
The JL2 ships free by freight truck to your driveway, with a liftgate. At 300 lb, plan the path to its room before it arrives; call us if you'd like white-glove delivery quoted. We'll send you the tracking and delivery details once it ships. Inspect the pallet when it arrives, note any damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call us within 48 hours.

The JL2 is narrower (27.25″ vs 31.25″), so it's the easier fit for a home. Call us and we'll talk through your space.
How much ceiling height do I need?
Jacobs Ladder recommends 7.5 feet. You rise as you climb, so the machine's own height isn't the number to check.
What if it arrives damaged?
