- A full-body climb with very little impact. You climb a moving ladder at a 40-degree angle, so your legs, arms and core all work while your joints take very little pounding.
- It goes at your pace. The JL is self-powered: how hard you climb sets the speed. No plug and no settings to fiddle with.
- Easy on the lower back. The angle keeps you leaning into the ladder instead of bouncing upright.
- Built for hard use. Welded steel frame with solid maple rungs.
Free delivery to your driveway with a liftgate. Questions? Call us at 984-789-5514.
From the same old cardio to a real climb
Before: a treadmill or bike that works your legs and leaves the rest of you out.
The fix: a ladder that moves under your hands and feet, so every rung is a pull and a push.
After: a short, hard, total-body workout that is gentle on your joints.

Frequently asked questions
How much ceiling height do I need?
Jacobs Ladder recommends 7.5 feet. You rise as you climb, so the machine's own height isn't the number to check. If your ceiling is close, call us and we'll help you check.
Does it need to be plugged in?
Not to exercise. Your climbing powers it. The included adapter only recharges the display.
Is it hard on the knees?
It's low impact: there's no landing on each step the way there is when running. As with any new workout, check with your doctor if you have a joint condition.
What if it arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and call us at 984-789-5514 within 48 hours.
